ASERAY LTD sells digital services. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no delivery charges.
What happens after you pay
1. You receive a payment receipt from Stripe straight away.
2. Within one business day we email you an onboarding brief to collect what we need: content, logins, brand assets and any preferences.
3. The delivery time shown on the package starts once we have everything listed in the brief.
Delivery times
Delivery times are shown on each package in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). They are our standard turnaround for the scope described. If anything affects the timeline, we will tell you in writing with a revised date.
How work is delivered
- Websites and stores: published to your domain or handed over with login details.
- Software and integrations: deployed to the agreed environment, with source code access and documentation.
- SEO, ads and social media: delivered as monthly work, with a written report at the end of each month.
Acceptance
When we deliver, you have 7 days to review the work and request any revisions included in your package. If we do not hear from you within that time, the delivery is treated as accepted. Support periods start from the delivery date.
